Inspections and Claims<\/h2><p data-start=\"6601\" data-end=\"6757\">You must inspect goods upon receipt. Transport damages must be noted with the carrier and reported to us promptly (and in any case within the 7-day window).<\/p><h2 data-start=\"6759\" data-end=\"6789\">10. Warranties and Remedies<\/h2><p data-start=\"6790\" data-end=\"6988\">Unless a written product warranty is provided, statutory B2B remedies apply. Our liability for confirmed defects is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected items at our discretion.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"6990\" data-end=\"7020\">11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"7021\" data-end=\"7305\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.
