Extra on-site services may incur charges.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2645\">8) Buyer\u2019s Own Carrier \/ Account<\/h2><ul data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2850\"><li data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2734\"><p data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2734\">We accept <strong data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2687\">Buyer-designated carriers<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"2691\" data-end=\"2718\">Buyer\u2019s carrier account<\/strong> upon request.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2850\"><p data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2850\">When the Buyer nominates the carrier, risk still transfers at <strong data-start=\"2799\" data-end=\"2827\">handover to that carrier<\/strong> (consistent with FCA).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2875\">9) Tracking &amp; Status<\/h2><ul data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"3062\"><li data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"2957\"><p data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2957\">A <strong data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"2899\">tracking number<\/strong> (or freight reference) will be provided after dispatch.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"3062\"><p data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"3062\">Shipment status can be checked on the <strong data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3019\">carrier\u2019s website<\/strong> or by contacting us at <strong data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3061\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3045\" data-end=\"3059\">info@velazo.pl<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3103\">10) Delivery &amp; Inspection on Receipt<\/h2><ul data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3529\"><li data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3255\"><p data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3255\">The Buyer must <strong data-start=\"3121\" data-end=\"3167\">inspect packaging and contents at delivery<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3211\">note any visible damage or shortage<\/strong> on the carrier\u2019s delivery document (POD).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3434\"><p data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3434\">Claims for damage, loss, or shortage must be <strong data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3351\">raised at delivery or within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery and include <strong data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3431\">photos, packaging labels, and any carrier notations<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3529\"><p data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3529\">Failure to note damage\/shortage may affect the ability to claim against the carrier\/insurer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"3531\" data-end=\"3563\">11) Damaged or Lost Shipments<\/h2><ul data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3935\"><li data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3791\"><p data-start=\"3566\" data-end=\"3632\">Responsibility for damage\/loss depends on the <strong data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3624\">Incoterm<\/strong> used:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3791\"><li data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3727\"><p data-start=\"3637\" data-end=\"3727\">Under <strong data-start=\"3643\" data-end=\"3654\">FCA\/EXW<\/strong>, Buyer files the claim with their carrier\/insurer after risk transfer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3791\"><p data-start=\"3732\" data-end=\"3791\">Under <strong data-start=\"3738\" data-end=\"3745\">DAP<\/strong>, we coordinate with the carrier for claims.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"3935\"><p data-start=\"3794\" data-end=\"3935\"><strong data-start=\"3794\" data-end=\"3817\">Compensation method<\/strong> (refund, replacement, credit) will be <strong data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3875\">mutually agreed<\/strong> after claim review and confirmation by the carrier\/insurer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"3966\">12) Force Majeure &amp; Delays<\/h2><ul data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"4194\"><li data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"4194\"><p data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"4194\">We are <strong data-start=\"3976\" data-end=\"3990\">not liable<\/strong> for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to <strong data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4162\">weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, accidents, regulatory checks, system outages<\/strong>, or other force majeure events.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"4196\" data-end=\"4237\">13) EU Pallet &amp; Packaging Requirements<\/h2><p data-start=\"4238\" data-end=\"4353\">To ensure safe and compliant B2B transport within the EU, we apply the following standards unless otherwise agreed:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"5839\"><li data-start=\"4354\" data-end=\"4618\"><p data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4375\"><strong data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4373\">Pallet types:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4618\"><li data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4457\"><p data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4457\"><strong data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4404\">EUR\/EPAL 1200\u00d7800 mm<\/strong> (primary), or <strong data-start=\"4419\" data-end=\"4439\">ISO 1200\u00d71000 mm<\/strong> where suitable.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4460\" data-end=\"4523\"><p data-start=\"4462\" data-end=\"4523\">Sound condition, with no broken boards or protruding nails.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4526\" data-end=\"4618\"><p data-start=\"4528\" data-end=\"4618\"><strong data-start=\"4528\" data-end=\"4539\">ISPM 15<\/strong> treated timber for any cross-border wooden packaging\/pallets where required.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"4619\" data-end=\"4985\"><p data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4643\"><strong data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4641\">Load &amp; stacking:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"4646\" data-end=\"4985\"><li data-start=\"4646\" data-end=\"4734\"><p data-start=\"4648\" data-end=\"4734\">Pallet loads must be <strong data-start=\"4669\" data-end=\"4690\">stable, stackable<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"4696\" data-end=\"4731\">not exceed the pallet footprint<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4737\" data-end=\"4851\"><p data-start=\"4739\" data-end=\"4851\">Max pallet weight subject to carrier limits;
